As we prepare for ten years of The Magnus Archives, it is a packed week, so let’s dive straight in!
Firstly, we are delighted that Welcome to Fosters, our latest series on the Neon Inkwell podcast feed will be launching this week. Set in a magical, alternate version of modern-day Sydney, Australia, Welcome to Foster’s is funny and heartwarming, written by the brilliant Imogen Cassidy and directed by Chris Magilton.
A small-time private consulting wizard, Jill Foster, and her new apprentice, Mark Wilson, attempt to keep Jill’s business afloat by removing magical pests, dispersing restless spirits and tracking down a group of necromancers out to take over the world. One day, they might be communicating with an ancient spirit, another… trying to track down a lost cat. Welcome to Fosters is a dive into a magical reality not that different from ours, filled with Australian humour, magical incantations and the restless dead!
A trailer for Welcome to Foster’s will be available in early access tomorrow, followed by episode one on Wednesday. It will launch on the public feed on Friday 13th. If you enjoy the show, please consider leaving a rating or a review, as this is the best way to support a new series!
Next up, as you may have seen, the Kickstarter to support The Magnus Archives Mysteries board game launched earlier today. The game was fully funded in 10 minutes and has so far gone onto raise close to $40,000 . We are truly blown away by your support and enthusiasm.

Finally, as a reminder, our ten-year anniversary stream is taking place this Friday 13th March at 17:00 GMT.
