DESCRIPTION
Oh hi! A cute owl girl harpy which was suggested to me from many people! I wanted to draw my harpies so this was one of the ones I did recently!
The character is based off Nanashi Mumei but turned into a harpy girl, since she is an owl-themed character and her design fit very well for this idea.
I am also back from my short break, had to avoid anything that would irritate my back, so I took some time off to relax!
