DESCRIPTION
With Papyrus teaching, MK is finally able to have proper control over his ice abilities. Even going so far as to create a cool pair of ice arms/wings for himself.
I apologize it's only a sketch this month. I had to rewrite a bit of this chapter as it wasn't working out how I wanted it to, haha.
