The work on Wasteline continues, and this time around I've got more cool stuff from bun to show you all! What with many of the characters having fairly different designs in the remake as well as the old sprites being a bit dated, we've decided that new chibi sprites for the characters are in order! Meet the new aspen!
In the video above, Willow and Quinn's new map sprites are also included, as well as a preview of chibi Aspen's 2nd and 3rd weight stages, if you're interested in that. The video itself is a bit shorter this time around, but it's more densely packed with stuff for you all to chew on.
I've also worked a bit more on the animations for when Aspen goes up a weight stage (though I'm not totally satisfied with them yet), so I hope that's something that interests all of you. Outside of that, as always, there are still temporary assets in use here, but we're getting closer to the finished look of the game!
As a small note, I'm planning on releasing a bit of footage of the new Wasteline content on some of my public social media pages in the coming weeks, but you all here on Patreon as well as over on SubscribeStar will still be the most ahead on previews of new stuff. However, with the recent events on Weight Gaming where the forums may end up becoming locked for some time, I thought it would be wise to start building up more of a following on some other platforms in the meantime.
