Hey there, gamigos. Just wanted to update you on the next big project.
In a surprise turn of events this next video has ended up shorter than expected. I'm trying to write with only my most interesting points in mind, sometimes that results in a super long video, but this time we're only cracking the 30 minute mark. I think it's still gonna be worth the work put in though.
I'll give you a big clue as to what it is. It's another numbered Final Fantasy. So there's 14 possibilities.
I say this in advance to preface - that the next review after this will not be Final Fantasy related and should be a good shift in genre/tone.
With any luck this should be out within a week as I polish and amend bits and bobs.
After the last quick video I made about remake culture, I've had some further thoughts, so I might return to that too before month's end to build on what I said recently.
If I can get all this out of the way with some month left to spare I'll turn my sights to some more Patreon content. There's a few games on my Steam Wishlist I've wanted to play that might make for a good Insider Review. Maybe I could put it up for a vote, for Legend backers.
As for other major projects I've been stalling on... well if you know what they are, they're still stalled; but I promise it will be worth it.
As I move back towards longer videos every month or so, I also want to focus back in the on the Patreon, like we did in 2020. It would cool to enhance the community experience here somehow. I enjoyed chatting in the Patreon comments to the Remakes are Cringe video, so I'll make more of an effort to do that in future.
