(Quick) Video Production Update June 28th 2025 (Final Update for the Big Video)

Hey everybody, I'm here for one final update on the big upcoming video; the Silent Hill 4 Analysis.

In the last couple of weeks I had the objective of finishing the edit in addition to leaving a few days free at the end of the month for re-watching and amendments/corrections; in an effort to make a June release for the video plausible.

While I'm happy I've largely succeeded at finishing the edit, I've made too many annotations to address before the end of the month.

Nevertheless I'm hoping the next time I post on here, it will be the finished the video. It's looking like it's gonna hover around 3 hours and 20 minutes; my longest video to date. It's been my biggest challenge yet, to lay out so much information, while trying to keep the video flowing smoothly, diverse and engaging.

Be for warned, we're really getting into the weeds with this one. Maybe more than I will anything like this ever again. Memos will be scrutinised, imagery will be questioned and single lines of dialogue will be thoroughly examined; but in addition to all that, there are plenty of juicy nuggets here on game design and storytelling that I think most people here will be able to appreciate.
