Hi all! TL;DR: Book 8 is actually long enough to be three books, which need editing and have to be sent over to the publisher asap. Die Trying continues at a steady walk/jog, although IRL is pulling me down hard for the next month. ***12 Miles Below News in specific: I talked to Aethon Books, and we discussed what to do with the rotund Book 8. Turns out, at 350K+ words, I wrote non-stop what ended up being three books worth, while also writing Die Trying.I will continue posting 12MB epilogues, but they might be hit or miss since I need to rest a little after this kind of marathon. I'll post what I write and just ask for some leniency if they don't always land super well 🙏

Life is just slapping me all at once basically. For full transparency on what's going on from most draining to least:My long-distance significant other has to move out ASAP due to incompatible roommates that hit the fan recently. She's 6 hours away, and my current place only works for me, not us, so we're aiming for a new city we can afford. We do have a city in mind, but it's 2 hours away from me. So the next month or two is driving up and down to tour apartments, job hunting up there, planning the 6 hour U-Haul trip, and saving up for the time I'll be unemployed and job seeking + trying to shove up that overall income so we can meet the 'you must make three times the rent' thing a loooot of places require - that means I'm squeezing out as many extra hours as I can from my old part-time job before I have to move.On top of editing book 1 of Die Trying, editing 12MB Book 8 (Part 1), writing epilogues and writing new chapters for DT. (Also, there's a pirate trying to sell my book as their own, which I have to deal with otherwise Amazon can terminate MY account thinking I'm the thief since they made it to market before I did. It's a great time.)It's a lot of work hours and I'm hitting this patch of gravel while running on fumes :[ I'm trying my best out here! But this next month or two is going to be stress city for me until things are settled back down! >.<
