Shine Town content.
--Two new merchants in the Shanty Town.
--A tattoo shop, where you can custom a tattoo that'll show up in your character menu.
--A drug dealer.

--Convivium Hall, a place you can get free water, food, and orgies.

--Now you can tell all your companions to stay at your home in Nogas.

--New scenes at the Convivium Hall.

--Gas cans are now sold at Babili car dealer and Shine Town Supermarket, so you can refill your car's tank anytime anywhere.
Quality of life changes.
--You can now buy water bottles and MRE in bulk.
--Changed a few places' opening hours to be longer and increased the pays of some manual labor jobs.
--Removed the D.I.C.C.K.S display in the left side menu.
Bugs Fixed.
--Fixed the bug where the time system would stop working when entering a new year in the game.
