I was in a call with some friends a few nights ago, we were talking about our ideal kind of man when I stumbled uppon an old website of gay pinup pictures. In this website I found a model that perfectly fit into my specific taste so I wanted to paint him hahah.
It was a few years ago that i did a similar painting study where I painted a Machoke as the model so I figured why not do it again, it was a friend of mine who suggested I make him shiny this time around too.
Also this wasn't a "drawover" or whatever, I didn't trace the model nor paint over it, I simply looked at the referenced and painted what I was seeing, I didn't use a grid or anything either.
My headcanon is that this specific shiny Machoke is the same one I caught in my playthrough of Legends ZA, his name is Swampy!
