[Update] Raiden Mei - New Hairstyle

I've been wanting to make this type of hairstyle for Mei, for a long time. Finally decided to do it and here are the results!

I also made an update to the earrings!

I'll still mainly use the standard hairstyle, but I just wanted to share this.
