The bridge was a frightening place the last time she scaled its steps, facing off against the lady or the arc. She tensed up walking into the holoscreened room, it felt like walking out into space one wrong move and you would be lost to the void.
The other terrifying thing about the bridge was the admiral herself.

Beau argues the ship only takes orders from a human, and hes been flying for several hours straight, and although his suit is helping (a lot) its been over 18 hours and he needs a rest.
Aralukia orders jasmine to take over but she refuses, saying she needs to take the helmet off before she tears it off. Jasmine asks what aralukias plan was once they had gotten far away.
To return to lukia, is the answer, the planet where the other humans are.
Beau asks if there are the facilities to make translators on lukia,
Aralukia says shes has adequate facilities but nothing so specific or delicate and that they would need to find a rogue station for that.
Jasmine and beau both convince her this is the right course of action, araulika, miffed shes being out numbered, give the order to rest for 6 hours, then a human will have to pilot the ship again. She storms off in a huff, and the tension releases.
The ship slows, and the ribbons of lights become dotted stars once more, Jasmine takes off her helmet, happy to breathe real air.
Beau asks jasmine to find itsuki, he hasnt seen him since they started jumping.
