I hope you all celebrated however you like to do so.
For me, it was a takeout indian curry and watching Jumanji with my wife! I can't be bothered with the overpriced bars and crowds these days.
The new scene is coming on REALLY well. I've finished all the renders for it and edited them, finished posing all the animation which are currently rendering. I think I'm about 15 animations already rendered, and a bunch more queued up.
I'm finding with these new scenes they are getting pretty long because I need to account for multiple earlier choices. I've started making things a little more linear in episode 3 pt2, but I still need to account for earlier decisions from eps 1 and 2, as well as 3.
I'm really enjoying putting in little custom details here and there and have certainly had to use my previous job's compositing skills to get some of these shots to look right. I've even got some flying birds in one of the animations :D - I wonder if anyone will actually spot them, or be focussed on other areas of the screen ;)
Those of you who have played Alice's path will also know that she has an 'interesting' trait, so I also need to use those compositing skills in that area too.
Plans for 2026:
I’m hoping to finish off Ep3Pt2 around March time, so it will be on Steam sometime in April if things go to plan. Then will get stuck in with Episode 4. I’m honestly loving creating Jury so much at the moment – It’s kind of thanks to you all really. Putting out the votes for the next scenes to render has really given me a boost and a purpose of meeting a timeline. I’m hoping to be able to do monthly releases for Patreon Subscribers and doing it scene by scene makes me really care about each scene to make sure it’s worthy of someone to download and play through – So thank you all for giving me that motivation, it's really helping.
PC Upgrades – Despite my PC being an absolute unit, I’m starting to see it slow down, I THINK due to lack of space. I’ll need to either buy a couple more M.2’s or actually invest in RAID storage. To give you an idea, Just Mia's recent shower/gym scenes alone take up over 50GB of storage.
I’ve still not taken a penny of the money built up in the Patreon Account as I wanted to make sure I showed you what I was spending it on and prove it was going back into the game and not just into my pocket so I might take some of it out and sort out my storage.
When I move into Episode 4, I’ll continue to do the interim releases for Patreon members, but the fist few scenes planned for Ep4 are HUGE, so it might take more than a month to get either one of them done. I’m sure you can probably guess what those scenes are already, but both will be freeroams with lewd options throughout them, so will be time consuming.
