Hi all!
So I'm back now from a long weekend away. I went to Seville, Spain for my wife Birthday. It's a nice place actually, but damn was it busy! I wasn't quite expecting that.
For those who don't know, Seville is famous for it's oranges. I went with the intention to buy some marmalade for my parents as a gift, then found out on a walking tour that pretty much all of Seville's marmalade is exported to... Yup, the United Kingdom. So I decided not to bother with that :D
I did get to see a really cool roman amphitheatre and then spend the rest of the holiday calling myself 'Maximus', so that was a bonus...
Anyway, what's been going on for the past few weeks?
Katie's scene is done, all images, animations, sound effects etc. Then I got started straight away with Jane's scene. I'm actually going to make this scene a little harder to access. The original plan was to have the scene fully open access for players to play through irrigardless of their status with Jane, it would just play out differently depending on your RS level and other variables.
However, It's turned into another beast of a scene, and I wanted it to be a little bit special. As a result, I've commissioned a voice actor to record sounds for it (awaiting delivery of those). What with Jane's fetish, you might be guessing where it will be going. Despite it only being 188 images long (all rendered), it's also got more than 40 animations. That's for the 'extreme route'... So if I were to add a more 'vanilla' route, it would then turn into more like 70-80 as the vast majority of those anims can't be reused for a 'vanilla' route.
Who knows, perhaps I'll add a vanilla route after it goes on steam, but for right now, I want to press on with getting the rest of the episode finished.

I'm almost done with them - Again, apologies for the delay with them. Thanks to those who gave me ideas for the shoot. You'll be pleased to know I've used those ideas. It really does make things so much easier when I've got a little direction with them.
Next Release?
This will kind of depend on when I get the new sound pack delivered, as I can't edit the anims until that's happened. I've enquired and she says they will be with me either today or Friday, so I'm hopeful. Pending that, I'd guess mid-next week for the release potentially?
