this came to be because i was pondering on what i personally find appealing of heat dynamics and why most of the time i'm not that drawn to it, but when i thought of the human anatomy becoming swollen through it i was like... oh yes that's very good. also incredibly predictable of me, but that's exactly what my patreon page is about <3
in the end i chose to make it hyper instead of fully swollen; i find it more appealing this way, but i do admit a little bit of lack of imagination on my side. maybe that might change in the future, i hope!
