My wife and I both lost account access to our PCs. Long story short: NEVER use AVG Neshta Removal Tool because you think you've been infected with Neshta, unless you want to destroy your Windows profile from ever being able to login again. It took a week searching for less invasive solutions, but I finally bit the bullet and reinstalled windows. But I have been drawing on a laptop, so I will still have a piece ready for publishing this weekend.
