Here's a quick look at the new enemy coming to RogueLove in the next update; the Voidcat. Heavily inspired by Displacer Beasts, I cannot deny that, Voidcats will appear in the Somber Cloister and the Dark Keep. Voidcats require that the player make two successful hit rolls before dealing damage to them. If either of the two hit rolls is failed, the Voidcat will teleport to somewhere else in the room, taking no damage and leaving behind the shadow that you swung at.
Voidcats will also have 3 attacks. A melee attack, a tentacle attack that will only be performed at range, and a pounce attack. The pounce attack is a ranged grapple, and will begin an ero scene if the player fails to dodge, or escape after being grappled. (The pounce attack can be performed from both melee and ranged distance.)
