Considering her chosen task of coaching young people with attitude problems into behaving themselves, I figure little white lies like this would definitely be a part of Switch's tool kit.
When I briefly showed a representation of Lydia's mind in the last chapter, I went with a galaxy-like background for her, and decided to continue that theme. It feels fitting to me, to present that someone's universe is in their head. But here I also wanted to merge it with aspects of reality and have the outer space sort of like a fog hanging over it. I thought about having everything floating like zero gravity to continue the theme. But that would have been a nightmare for me composition-wise so just Mandi is floating. Which is convenient because she'd have never been tall enough to bump Switch's breasts like this otherwise. XD
