Dr. Rachel Prewitt and her team of researchers and students are about to embark on a truly epic, yet small, expedition. They are going to explore the environment of the human body from a microscopic size. Their test subject and terrain is a beautiful Korean co-ed named Connie. The problem is, there is a mix up and they end up on the body of Dr. Prewitt's best friend Nikki just as she and her husband are getting ready for some fun. Will the tiny team of researchers survive? Will Connie and Rachel's assistant discover what happened? Will Nikki and Andrew discover the tiny people? Will they care if they do?
