quaint newcrest save file - no cc

OVERVIEW

I created a fully furnished map for Newcrest (map placement in pics), which includes:

• starter home
• café
• nightclub
• lounge
• park
• museum
• gym
• wedding venue

There are also 6 townie family with sentiments, crossover relationships, storylines, and career paths:

• the Etude family
• the Boone family
• the Downtowners
• the Franz family
• the Rhoades family

All lots and families have descriptions along with lot traits and customized lighting. 

this save file was made to (hopefully) perform higher across all devices and decrease lag caused by overuse of clutter, mods, etc. to achieve this, I:

• used little to no clutter
• did not use mods
• used same swatches/variation of swatches
• used little to no move objects

PACKS USED

• get together
• cottage living
• parenthood

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

you can either download the save file (attached below) or download each lot individually via the gallery. Townie sentiments, relationships, storylines, and career paths only come with the save file download. Townies may be behind the "custom content" filter since I use default skins, but you do not need these to download and play with the townie families!
