DESCRIPTION

Hi! Rogue Princess 0.4 is coming out on the 22nd! It will be released in the middle of the night around 7-10 PM CST due to testing.

SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT

I just want to apologize for the long dev cycle again. A bunch of things set the schedule back like the move and some other shit. I hate taking this long but I don't want to release a crappy update. While we're on that topic, I want to talk about some changes to the schedule.I've been running this back and forth update cycle for a while where Game 1 gets love for a month or two, then it's Game 2, then Game 1 again. This was mainly done to establish trust, and show that I can fully commit to big updates for all of my released games without leaving anything hanging for too long. One big problem with that method, though...There have been so many instances where I dedicate a month to Game 1, then I'll have a random week where I want to work on Game 2. But I promised I'd get the update for Game 1 done, so I end up dragging my feet a bit trying to maintain the fervor I have for Game 1 when I have such good ideas and motivation for Game 2 I need to get out! From now on, I'd like to just focus on whatever project my heart is feeling at the time, adjusting the dev logs to reflect that instead of being like "okay, get ready for this one single game update!". This may also alleviate the feast or famine feeling for folks who only want to see one game, since little updates for their preferred game may pop up more often. This won't completely defeat the chance of cutting down delays, but I feel like I'll be more productive with my time with this change. This change will go into effect after the Rogue Princess update.By the way, Lotty's Adventure 0.5 is gonna be a pretty big update. It'll likely come in smaller parts as I'll take little breaks with the other two games alongside working on it.

ROGUE PRINCESS STUFF

I don't wanna spoil more H-scene stuff as the update will release on the 22nd,  but I can talk about some QOL stuff people will appreciate.

Wall jumping now has 6 pixels of leniency instead of 4, with a cling sprite to show when you're against a wall

Athena will leave your grasp to loot chests, so gameplay will operate a lot more smoothly in levels with lots of treasure

There's now a debugger (mostly copy pasted from lotty's), as well as a command to change Gale and Athena's names since that was requested a few times.

On top of that, people who like written stuff like dialogue and CG scenes will have a decent bit to chew on this update!Anyways, that's it. See ya on the 22nd!
