The lights were the first thing you noticed. Vibrant neons against the stark white of the exterior wall, proclaiming cards and slots, dice and alcohol. The sounds came next- quiet music escaping the front doors, the muffled cheers as someone won something. Far below you, the lights of the city twinkled amid the smog that rose from the lower levels. It was almost beautiful.
The sudden awareness of the weight of the credits in your pocket surprised you, even as a sign flashed out, almost as if promising, that everyone could be a winner here.
"Welcome to Aelin Scor." The voice broke the spell the casino seemed to be casting over you, the droid's modulator only slightly staticky. "May I assist you in finding your way?"
This mapset took almost 3 weeks to get completed. This is the first level of "Aelin Scor", and features 3 variants. The first is the Ecumenopolis backdrop and is the variant that is being released for free. One is a starfield background and is meant to be utilized with the Aelier Station maps, the second is a modern version of the casino.
I usually attempt to zip up the files. Due to Patreon's limitations I was having a bit of trouble due to their size. If any Treaders+ would prefer to download these from DriveThruRPG (or any other mapset) for ease, don't hesitate to reach out and I'll get you a code for a complimentary copy from there.
