Since the merch rewards went live they've been nothing but a problem. Patreon hasn't been removing the funds from my Creator Balance for them (despite claiming it would happen on the 2nd of each month) and despite the funds being there I still have 25 of you waiting on merch to ship!
I dislike doing so, but I have retired the rewards from the tiers. I'm going to look into another way to distribute in the future; those of you that have not received merch but are on tiers that would will still be slated to receive it if/when Patreon ever bothers to handle it. The process is entirely hands off for me, aside from making sure I don't pull the funds out, and as much as I wish I could push it through I can't.
I have retired instead of removed in the hopes that those of you waiting for earned rewards will receive them sooner rather than later. No new patrons will be eligible to earn the merch, but like I said, those of you who are still will :)
