[MOD] Brush Teeth From Toothbrush Holders

💡 This is a tuning mod and does not contain any toothbrush holder objects. You will find the interaction by clicking on the original objects.

Latest version XML INJECTOR IS REQUIRED for this mod to work.

Description:

This tiny mod adds a "Brush Teeth" interaction for decor toothbrush holders, allowing you to start brushing teeth by clicking on the holders. Instead of conjuring up a toothbrush out of thin air in front of the sink, sims will approach the selected toothbrush holder first to grab a toothbrush and then walk to the nearest sink to brush their teeth.

Note: An available sink is required on the lot for the option to show up and for sims to be able to start brushing teeth.

Supported toothbrush holders:
(It currently manually adds support for each swatch, that's why a list is needed. It only work for original swatches, not extra recolors unless listed below.)

1. EA items (the 3 types in the title pic):

• Happy Teeth Toothbrush Set (Base Game)
• Ole' Faithful Toothbrush Set (from Bathroom Clutter Kit)
• NEWave Toothbrush Set (from Bathroom Clutter Kit)

2. CC items:

• You can view the supported CC list HERE and also check out some excellent toothbrush holder CC.

Requirements:

• Scumbumbo's XML Injector (latest version)

Installation:

• Place the .package and .ts4script files no more than one folder deep in your Mods folder.

Compatibilities:

• Base Game Compatible
• Compatible with my Ask to Brush Teeth mod. If you have that mod installed, the "Ask to Brush Teeth" option will also appear on the supported toothbrush holders items.
• This mod does not override any in-game resources, so it should not conflict with other mods as far as I know. It will not affect other creators' mods that modify EA Brush Teeth interaction, and sims should be able to receive buffs or effects that brought by other mods properly. However, in some cases, modifications to the EA Brush Teeth interaction may cause this mod to not work. Let me know if you encounter any issues.

Languages:

• No translations needed.
