Hello patrons, I'm very sorry it's taking me forever, but I think almost got it! It was a hellish production, I had no idea how to do that BG, speed lines or smears. It's 90% done, I just need to pain 2 more backgrounds, correct 1 smear frame and paint few brush strokes to imitate more old school smears. It's not even close to 100% old school style, but I'm satisfied with the result for now.
