I’ve done a Love Witch Piper before, but this was basically an updated version of that. I decided that this canon fits him pretty well, though his first was fine for what it was, it’s just this idea feels a bit more fleshed out to me. I have a bit more understanding of his character as well as Piper is pretty open and confident during business hours and dresses the part as he’s very charismatic, easy to talk to and knows what to say... unless it’s about anything other than his passions.
Outside of work, Piper is actually very shy and tends to not leave home often as he’s had more than a few instances of embarrassing himself by talking about things like sex and bodily functions in regular conversations and has since told himself he’s not capable of normal stuff cuz he’s so into his passion/job that he’s forgotten how to talk to people. He also dresses differently, as in he wears much more conservative clothing when not working as to not draw attention to himself.
This just adds more of a layer to him as he’s such a sex positive person with little to no boundaries that forgets most people still have such boundaries on their day to day basis.
