Hey guys! This is the true form of the Final Flash inspired from DBZ and DBS.

- Added a new custom SFX (credits to GamingZVault)
- Improved camera animation and effects.
- Made the blast bigger and last longer.
- Added an explosion effect and sound on the last Hit.
- Fixed The character's voice being too silent while shouting "Final Flash."
This move is unblockable and costs 4 bars of Ki.
It is also available for CACs!
