Honest question: can androids be muscular girls?

I'm asking this because of a project I need to finish for a contest by the 22nd; honestly, I wanted to get your opinion: can androids—or robots, if you prefer—be muscular women? I'm working on a story about robots and I'm stuck on the protagonist's visual design.
