Hi guys, I am doing a revision on the persona, character, Y/N function .... it has many different names. And I have added some little things that had been left pending. One such change that I have introduced when Gothfield was announced, was the possibility to choose a different character in the first chat message. Well, now it is possible. You can change the image of the character that is sending the first message, and it can be set in each different initial message individually.
At present I don't know what use it has, other than to use the first message as the common use of the author's message to announce things or establish the setting without altering how the main character responds.
Default Persona
Another thing I have added, is to be able to choose the persona when creating a new chat. In options it is possible to choose one, but this will not overwrite the persona not set in the chats already created or imported. But, if none is set as pre-defined, pressing the button to create a new chat will keep the character that is being used in case you pick one in the chat.
... eh yes... It's happened to me a couple of times to send a message with the wrong persona, so you have to be careful. Anyway, it's okay to make a mistake, because it can be fixed later. But, there is an option that will slow you down when you send a message so you can take some time to analyze if what you have written is right and with the right character, the option is named Confirm before sending and is on the account settings.
Creating a Persona
Remember that a persona is the same as a character, except that the fields of Initial message and Roleplay and Character Script are not used. So leave them empty, or use it to store some extra info that can be useful for the AI in case you wanna make the AI use that persona when using the Party Mode.
