Heyoo. From now on (if the browser cache allows it), the default model selected in new chats with new characters or characters with no previous chats, will be the Grey AI.
You do not need to do anything on your previous chats, they will be using the Blue AI by default.
Why this change? well, we been having problems with the Blue AI. The Blue Spark model was taken down, and also a new limitation hits many characters like 3 days ago and I am still fixing them (it might take 5-7 days more) but slowly restore each one.
What will happens? To be honest, the future of the Blue AI is uncertain. We've been facing increasing instability with their external service that is beyond my control, and we can no longer rely on it as a stable foundation for RolePLAI.
This is exactly why we're shifting our focus. The Grey AI isn't just a backup, it's our own model, built by us, for us. This change aligns perfectly with the vision I shared in our Roadmap: reducing dependency on external services that can change the rules at any time, and building a sustainable, independent AI experience. I'll be putting my efforts into improving the Grey AI so it doesn't just replace the Blue one, but eventually surpasses it.
