Hey everyone!
Production has begun for the Blonde Space Bounty Hunter's facehugger scene. I think I'm going to call her Sammy Byron. Good? Nice parody name. After checking out several models for her, I decided on one made by CovahK. If you are familiar with my friend Nest's animations, then you'll recognize the female model I'll be using.
Because of the extreme quality and textures of this model, I arrive once again at the decision to use Cycles or Eevee in Blender's render options. For those unfamiliar with Blender, Cycles is the render engine used for the most realistic lighting. The downside is it takes a very long time to render. With CovahK's model designed for Cycles, it doesn't leave me with much of a choice to stay with Eevee for this project. Despite upgrades to Eevee, which is the faster render engine and preferred for long scene rendering, Sammy's model just doesn't look great in Eevee even with shader adjustments.
So yeah! This will be my first Cycles project. Based on the current state of the script, it will be a consensual infestation scene. Sammy will get her fair share of huggers. The huggers will all use the new model with the tail. The tails will NOT be used for neck wrapping. The plan is to show visible oral oviposition simultaneously with other orifices.
Lastly I added a few new features on Sammy's model. She now has similar butt and thigh physics to what was seen in Ada's portion of Resident Alien. Sammy also has a new "belly cage" which will hopefully depict better belly physics and even weight as her belly grows.
