Added Female Croc anthro body type. Use 'Restore missing characters' under Options to get the corresponding default character named Vira

Target orgasm for mutual_insertion_sitting_kiss_dominant_low (2/3 chance; 1/3 chance for the old behavior to trigger, where the loser falls back and orgasms). Mutual_insertion_sitting_kiss and mutual_insertion_sitting_kiss_dominant / mutual_insertion_sitting_kiss_dominant_target also have a chance to flow into the next mutual insertion sitting kiss domination phase and trigger this orgasm
This is a bit of an experimental implementation, and I want to make sure it works properly before doing the same thing for the tribbing kissing action

Wearables and appearance::
Finalized mask compatibility (kitsune masks 0 - 4) for the new hairstyles. There is now parity with the removed hairstyles in terms of support for the various head accessories
Added a new Dirt (body) skin feature texture that can be used to create a dirty appearance
Other:
Track tournament results (1st, 2nd, 3rd place) and display them under 'Statistics and memory' for each character
Allow user selection of body types (can enable / disable one or more body types, effectively hiding them and the associated characters). This is available under Options. E.g. if you're not interested in the anthro characters, you can hide both the body types as well as the characters themselves. This covers also Tournaments, Challengers and Gauntlet mode
The Challengers game mode now also generates anthro characters (since the option above allows for disabling them). Please let me know how you feel about this change. There are some improvements needed to the way anthro characters are generated, in order to feel more 'complete', but for all intents and purposes the generation works
Add post orgasm phase and condition has_just_orgasmed that returns true for 2s after an orgasm has finished
Option to allow lactation effects to happen when the breasts are covered by clothing (Allow lactation effects through clothes)
