There's a lot of scary stuff going on in the world, it can feel dreadful to even open your phone and check the news. But I so look forward to just sitting in the grass on a sunny day sometime soon and shutting out the rest of the world.
On the days where everything feels like it's too much, don't forget to disconnect, visit loved ones, and go touch some grass (whenever all this dirty snow melts lol)
