Hey Guys! I’m just doing a feeler here, as this is something that’s been on my mind for a bit but I’m not entirely sure if I should proceed with it or not.
As some of you know, AchyBreakfast is my NSFW alias on social media that allows that stuff to be posted.
But here on patreon, this account has both SFW and NSFW, and it’s under my SFW Alias which I’m beginning to wonder if that was a good idea or not.
I’m leaning towards the Idea of separating the accounts between NSFW and SFW on patreon but I’m not sure how I want to tackle it yet (or if I will, again I’m just feeling things out atm)
There are a couple options I could try and if I were to I wanted to see what you guys think is the best option (though I do have my own preference too I think)
Option A. Rename this account to AchyBreakfast and focus on posting NSFW content here, and then make a new Patreon for my SFW stuff under the Paincaked Alias. I may also lower the NSFW tier price slightly ($7?) to compensate for the account not including SFW (my preference is leaning towards this option)
Option B. Similar concept to Option A, but making a new Patreon Account Under the AchyBreakfast Alias (I won’t have founder status under a new patreon account, so I’m thinking this option won’t be as good as option A long term)
These are my current thoughts on the matter, and It’s not guaranteed I’m going to make the switch yet, but I do think It might be wise to keep SFW and NSFW on separate accounts (especially since I do contract work in an industry that focuses on all ages comics, and with me doing more conventions I think it'll be better in the long run)
I also think it will lead to more creative work from me, more NSFW related art (even if most of it will be sketches and things like that, but lately that’s what I’ve been enjoying doing the most!), and those who wish to only engage with my NSFW work won’t have to sift through the SFW art that’s also on this account, and vice versa.
