As you might have noticed, I have updated my logo, header and membership tiers. In this blog post, I will go over these changes a bit.
The logo: It was long overdue! I've been thinking about this for a while, as my past profile picture was just a screenshot of a page of my first comic. It was meant as a kind of placeholder, but I never got around to making a new, actual logo. So, yeah, here we are! I'm really happy with how it turned out, and I'm thinking about it as a kind of "version 1.0" that will overtime change and evolve. It's not just a rotated D, but it's also a design of a little devil-ish kind of critter that I think looks really cute, you can see its eyes or teeth depending on how you look at it and I think that's fun!I will have to think of a name for this critter, I guess (that is, if I just don't call it Dolo).I hope you all will like it as well!
The membership tiers: I have not only updated their images (now featuring Luna in her three versions we met way back in Chapter 1, with the caveat of her vampire form having a different hairstyle for technical reasons) and plan to do so with every new ongoing comic, but I have removed the €1 tier. This was also a long overdue change, as I just don't think a "tip-jar" tier makes sense. If you want to support me, you might as well join the standard tier and get something in return. A lot of people subscribed to the tip-jar just to instantly swap to standard, so I think it was just creating confusion. So, good riddance to that.
Why do all of this? Why now? Well, my 1 year Patreon anniversary is coming up next month! But more on that soon...
