I've done a little more work on this project and I'm approaching a point where I can perhaps start adding stuff to the manual document... if I could be bothered to separate the images out. I've attached my LibreOffice Writer (Linux Mint) work file... which might not open well elsewhere due to the font used. It's an .odt file. The images baked into the file atm. is screenshots and icons I've prepped (as the original manual didn't have much of those).
My new illos above are more scenic than the last batch. Some of them are meant to stretch across two columns where there's a bit of space due to page breaks for text flow reasons. LibreOffice Writer isn't a layout program like Scribus but can do simpler things.
As for the Bomberman screen above, it's just another random Amiga pixel-over. I don't think it was the official Dynasbomberomething(?) version. There are a couple.
