DESCRIPTION
So, in my way, I'm continuing to weave back and forth between different projects and my mind has settled on the SAFE characters again. We've really focused on the anomalies and Isabelle and Nate before but I should get around to expanding the other characters too.
We've seen Rook before but not a lot of the middle man, Winslow. Winslow is Rook's new partner after Nate kinda got pulled off field work. Winslow is stoic, to say the least. A classic kinda "agent" character that makes a good stable foil to Rook's kinda... dark moods.
