Ask any news reporter out there: anything can happen when you're on location. There could be a sudden rainfall, maybe a marching band in the background, an 18 wheeler could rip off your skirt and take it to Don Mills Ontario. Whatever happens, you must be ready to roll with the punches, no matter what, no exceptions...especially the skirt thing. So Victoria is to be commended here for not letting a simple thing like being cheeks out at the ice cream factory stand in her way of delivering the news as she sees it. There is the factor of the wager she has with her producer in the truck, but that's beside the point. She'd do it even if two grand wasn't in the balance, it's the kind of pro she is!
Also: an ice cream company with their own cows on site? Man, that's gotta be some good ice cream!
