Does it seem like Violet has spent a long time stretching? I really can't offer an answer as I could spend the whole live-long day watch her limber up. At any rate, our favorite unscrupulous super spy seems to feel as though she's done with this portion of the process and is now ready to move onto the next phase of the mission. Her unpreceived audience makes some room for her as she prepares to execute what should be an impressive show of grace and athleticism.
This whole limbering up segment wasn't really part of the original plan. After the food court took a disproportionate amount of time to draw, I decided that I needed a run of easier, yet still entertaining, pages to get myself back on track. That and I still had her in her skivvies, and I wanted to get rid of them before the final segment. So I figured why not have her just do a bunch of poses before she embarks on the last part of her journey? Seemed like a good plan to me, and thus the warm up scene was born. I don't think anyone really minded in the end.
