✏️ This is something different from what I usually do, perhaps you'll find it useful? The video has a short demonstration on one of the techniques I use to help people develop phantom sense in virtual reality. I have them focus on an area where they already have strong phantom sense and then use that area to spread it to another area. Be predictable, descriptive and focused, this is important. It helps the brain compartmentalize an already existing sensation. Results vary from person to person. 🛏️ First make sure that the person is relaxed and as immersed as possible. Ask them what helps them get into that type of headspace and then create an environment for them based off of their feedback!🍷 One common thing that I've found helps people be more sensitive to phantom sense and the development of it is being high or tipsy. Please be responsible when choosing to go this route.

💤 Sometimes it takes multiple sessions for people to develop phantom sense, sometimes it clicks right away, sometimes it never develops.
