We hope everyone is enjoying their heatwaves and soccerball tournaments. This July, we wanted to try out some of the games that have been nominated for this year's Spiel des Jahres awards.
On Board Game Club on YouTube you can check us trying out party game JinxO! (DitO! in Germany!), euro-lite tile placement game Rebirth, and co-op puzzler Take Time. On Patreon, we also have a bonus Board Game Club episode playing Meister Makatsu, a trick not-taking game also nominated for the awards!
And of course Teensyville episode 4 drops this month on Patreon, alongside our usual online Blood on the Clocktower.
Lastly, but not least-ly, we're trying out a max player game of Whale Buffet in Blood on the Clocktower - where players can choose their own character. Will it work? Even we don't know!
