Hi all,
During today's meeting, we were all forced to look at some very difficult truths regarding our personal situations, our financial state, and the development as it has been progressing. Ultimately, we have all come to the same conclusion: we are currently not getting enough to support for Envoy to continue as it is.
This is obviously very difficult for us to admit as we have all grown attached to the project and don't want to see it die, but with circumstances being what they are we have had to talk about what our options are going forward. We would like to say that we appreciate the support we have been getting from all of you and we understand that not everyone is in a position to back us. We would certainly not place the blame on our fans nor on ourselves for the situation we find ourselves in; it's just a result of the current climate and various factors in all of our personal lives.
That said, we wanted to be open with all of you and share with you what we believe to be our only three options for moving forward. Since all of you have been kind enough to support us, we think you should have a say in how we proceed.

Option 1: We place Envoy on hold and focus on creating smaller, less ambitious projects to keep ourselves afloat and to build funds to hopefully eventually return to Envoy. These smaller projects would be Patreon/SubStar-exclusive with the possibility of them being released to the general public later on.
Option 2: We drop Envoy entirely and shift our focus entirely to creating smaller, less ambitious projects. These projects would be available to patrons in early access and then sold on Itch/Steam to the general public.
Option 3: We shut down DID Games indefinitely.
