Been bouncing back and forth between a new BoC and 3sabs, and the BoC chapter is nearing completion. No hard date, but soonish.
Also, I've been having some back and forth with Patreon directly to confirm how some rules work, specifically about 18+ content.
As I've said before, I dislike smut for the sake of smut, but I do recognize that sometimes a story is better served by an intimate scene. However, I don't want to bump my page up to 18+ since: 1) - Sexual content will only ever be a tiny fraction of what I do, and... 2) - going 18+ will block anyone who hasn't verified themselves as adults, and in some rare cases, may require actual photo ID from patrons to get access to ANYTHING I do if I flip that switch. So out of consideration for you all, any works that feature a sexually graphic scene will have the scene removed for the patreon release, and be restored on the public release. It galls me to deny paying patrons content, but I don't want to put any of you between the rock and hard place of "show us your real ID with all your info or lose access to all this stuff." Patreon more or less said "You can have NSFW but it cannot be linked on Patreon without your account being 18+" so this seems like the best compromise.
Obviously, this is for 3SABS and other future works, not BoC. This is the route I'm going to take for now, at least until I can better assess how much of an impact flipping the switch would be. If you have any comments or opinions on this, please let me know.
