1. Hoping for more profit (Why not)
2. Taking the example of translating a game using ChatGPT, it usually costs a few to tens of dollars. Let's take a lv.2 user as an example:
(Statistics as of the time of posting)
The average size of all supporters' requests for the month is: 2.37MB
The median size of all supporters' requests for the month is: 1.39MB
So by average, 2.37MB * 5 = 11.85; (rounded to 12)
The user's monthly limit of 300 / 12 = 25;
This can translate into 25 games.
If a user directly requests ChatGPT to translate, it would cost at least 50 dollars in the minimum case. (This is just an estimate and is completely inaccurate and does not represent the actual situation.)
In the case of an official call and a complete translation can be done in a few minutes, I need to pay OpenAI normally, without using any third-party services.
50$ dollars is much more than 7$. (That should not write in the english post anyway?)
This calculation does not include any other expenses, and it is calculated based on a very low character count. The actual expenditure is much more complicated.
Although I have reused the game data, if there is no limitation, it would easily become unbalanced...
** This tool is still a usable game assistant tool + partially restricted translation tool even without any payment. It is always just adding an option for users. You are not only paying for this translation engine, but also for a bug-free gaming experience and rich assistant features.
** By the way, this text sharing restriction has always been in place, at least since last year. It wasn't added recently.
