Hello Everyone,

It's been about two weeks and I want to thank everyone who had the chance to check out the newest chapter and support me. Your feedback was very kind and I appreciated all of the comments and messages.

On An Upsetting Note,

I discovered that someone had stolen my work quite early and posted it elsewhere. I became severely unmotivated and to be frank - it hurt my feelings quite a bit. I worked very hard on the last chapter and to see the stolen copy so quickly took me by surprise. I'm used to people stealing my work, but usually it isn't for a few weeks and doesn't impact my release so much. The only silver lining is that people don't steal things if they don't have value, so I can at least take solace in the fact that my work has "value" . There's nothing I can do about it and I also understand that the majority of people stealing my work are from countries around the world where pirating is the only way to get access. I wish we lived in a world where I could give everything away for free and not have to worry about money. Even though I have a part-time job, I would like to be able to work on this full-time at some point in the future.

Onto Better Things,

I'm taking a bit of a break over the next week, but up until this point I was working on maps, character designs, material adjustments, new characters and more! As I learn more and try to improve my work I find that everything takes longer and longer and longer!

With that said.. here are some of the maps I've been working on.

This is a "Park" scene that I put together. The lighting and such will change dramatically for the actual render, but these photos just capture my process a bit. I have to make each map 3 dimensional so I can take photos from any angle/ direction. Many other KK artists will just create a backdrop for a specific render and also use imported maps and stages. I've been trying very hard since the beginning of Dungeon Break to create everything on my own from the ground up.

The next scene I worked on is an abandoned underpass where some university students hang out...

The map below is the most detailed map I've ever worked on. It's a special club where Daemon, Human's, and Magical Girls can all spend time together. There's lots more to it, but I'll save that for another time. I re-textured most of the props besides the curtains. I think the booth seats turned out really cool. I want the club to have a Greek aesthetic. It will be darker and more atmospheric in actual renders.

I have a few other maps, but it's not fun to spoil everything.

That being said... what's going on here..?!

Thanks again for the support everyone!
