Unfortunately, I accidentally merged some layers and forgot about them, so I couldn’t show the part with the nightstand and chair. But it’s not really anything special, it’s pretty simple to draw, and I just used a standard wood texture from Clip Studio. As for the blinds, they’re a 3D object from the same program :D
Because drawing something like that by hand would be super time-consuming.
