Around the first ten days of june there'll be an event called steam next fest , so we're cooking up a new demo that will include the most recent (possibly final) version of the first two levels (those level changed a bit so even if you played them already you might want to keep an eye out for the demo) as far as work i have to do for the new demo there isn't much worth showing ( just a few corrections and additions here and there) but rick thought it would be fun to include an extra thing in the game in the form of collectible cards hidden around the levels.
Each levels will have around three cards to find , so since the demo is coming out relatively soon i stopped working on the final level and decided to give priority to the initial 6 cards you'll be able to find in it.
the cards are naughty sport themed pinups featuring ars goetia demons ; since a lot of the cast is also comprised of these guys you'll probably find cards featuring mr. mal and other characters in the game.
i managed to make around 5 , but rn i feel too tired to finish them so i'll just do the last one tomorrow. In the meantime here's the ones i did in these couple of days:
first we have adramelech, who in ars goetia is like this...peacock , donkey thing. I decided the sport he would practice since he's flashy and all would be rythmic gymnastics. It's a bit of an obscure one, hopefully what he's doing with the little clubs comes across
furfur is a winged deer thingy, apparently p popular in the university of the missoury-columbia state, as it's like an urban legend featuring him setting fire to one of the facilities, so since the place has a football team and all i decided that would be the sport he practices.
haborym is not really a looker in the ars goetia, being a scrawny guy with a cat and serpent head, with a serpent between his legs. Dunno why i chose swimming for him but his nether regions were kinda perfect for the pinup scene so i went with that-
orobas is p famous thanks to shin megami tensei. His depiction showing him jumping and all dynamic and him being a horse made me choose 100m dash for his sport.
last but not least we have pruflas who's like a bear riding a lion and that's kinda perfect source material for a hot critter, in my mind he's like a bear/lion hybrid altho the leonine part is more evident. He's a wrestler. Is wrestling like an official sport? ah well, in hell it is.
