Hellooooooo Everyoooooone!!
I hope you are having a wonderful day! I have the 20th chapter of Winds of Change for you today! Can you believe it!?!? Chapter 20!! It's been a little over a year of posting this comic, and at 340 pages (so far) it is by far the longest story I've ever told! Thank you to everyone who's been with me for the past year! And thank you to everyone who's seen this comic and decided to support it!! I am truly grateful!
That all being said, I want to give an update about the future of this comic. We've been in the trenches so to speak for a while now. Since chapter 14ish, that's when all the metaphorical shit hit the fan. And while, I think this plotline is far from complete, it will be taking a backseat in the chapters to come. Not so much in chapter 21, but in chapter 22 onwards, I plan to move the focus of the story away from the Chaz/Gia aspect of it all back to Willow. For a little while at least. You'll see in the chapters to come!!
I realize that I tend to jump the shark a bit in my comics, making some crazy decisions from time to time. But, idk it's just really fun for me, and it is always part of my vision. Like when I started this comic, I was like "oh ya, and at some point Chaz from A Gray Day will come back and cause all sorts of trouble!" But recently I feel like the story is getting a little too heavy with the mob aspect of it all. Winds of Change was always meant to be a more serious story, but I think I went a little too serious with it is all.
Anyways, you'll see what I mean in the weeks to come! I'm done talking about this for now! Look forward to Chapter 21 starting next week!! Love Y'all!!
