Hey everyone, welcome to May! Just thought I'd let everyone know what I hope to be doing this month! Obviously prefacing to say that plans change and stuff, and I very often feel cursed that anything I announce tends to end up falling apart, but here we go:
FF7 "Gunz: Remake"
First up, for this month's FF7 project I'll be remaking my very first FF7 3D content and very first Tifa & Barret set, "Gunz" from waaaaay back in 2021! You can it on Catbox here! (I've had problems linking to Catbox folders directly before, so let me know if there's issues. Either way it's on there!)
Like FF7 Remake compared to OG FF7, Gunz Remake will be expanded and given the proper Godwin comic treatment since the original didn't have captions (hell, I barely knew how lights worked). It won't be a massive 20+ page behemoth like After-Hours and stuff like that, but it'll be a bit bigger & contextual than just the plain original 7 pictures.
May The 4th Be With You
I'm going to do a handful of Star Wars things for May 4th! I originally wasn't going to because Star Wars feels like an abusive ex to me these days, buuuuuuut why not.
RE9 - "A Dream of Requiem" Continues
We're (I think?) around half-way through the comic as a whole and we're just about to hit the good, spicy bits! I'm curious to know how people about how ADoR has rolled out so far. It's been a bit abstract as well, so I'd like to know what people are thinking about that one.
Devil MAY Cry
I may do another Lady x Dante comic later in the month - Why? Because the pun. But also, because Lady <3
Solos & Duos
I still have the ideas I had for smaller Cindy stuff and Ciri stuff from last month that I'm sitting on, and I'm starting to feel the itch to do something with Lightning. We'll see if that remains a small project or grows into a bigger one. Smaller stuff like this usually ends up being stuff I work on when I have gaps in my schedule so it's the most tentative.
