Hello! Long time no update on this project. I'm sorry to have not kept you guys in the loop! I have a few bits of news - one bad, two good!
I'll start with the bad:I had been aiming to get the comic released by the end of the year, but that's not going to happen. I have now settled on a release date of February 14th 2026 ("give the gift of tape" - how's that for a Valentines!?).
To balance out my tardiness, some good:Consider this post your 'pre-paid preorder', or 'copy guarantee'! As in, if you're seeing this post, you are entitled to receive a copy of Escapades 6 - even if you lower or cancel your pledge between now and the release (Patreon lets me filter out Patrons by date/pledge/etc pretty precisely, and I did this same process with Issue 5 back when that went a little overdue, too).
And more good:I'm thrilled to announce that Issue 6's Guest Pinup piece will be handled by ElijahPink !We have a really fun idea in mind, and Elijah has scheduled to get it drawn in January. Woo!
Also, as with Issue 5, Plasma-Dragon is handling the flat colours for me, allowing for a very helpful and time-saving back-and-forth process where I send him an inked page, he flats it, and then sends it back to me for shading. So look forward to lots of flatted panels through December!
