Should Corvus Assassinate An Innocent Person If It Means Securing An Entire Planet's Army/Resources?

I'm writing a little ahead, and want to see what you guys think. The scenario is a politician is promising support, but only if his rival is killed. If you vote no, there is the possibility of completely losing support with said politician/faction. Alternatively, Corvus might be able to exile the person who is to be killed. Anyway, I'm curious what you guys think.
